Serenity Tattoo Gallery LLC
Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure your scheduled appointment time and to compensate the artist for the preparation and design work associated with the agreed-upon tattoo.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
The deposit may be forfeited if the client cancels, reschedules, or fails to appear for a scheduled appointment with less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice, or if the client cancels more than two (2) scheduled appointments.
Significant changes to the agreed-upon tattoo design must be communicated to the artist no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice of design changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Deposits will be applied toward the final cost of the tattoo. For multi-session or ongoing work, the deposit may be applied to future sessions for up to one (1) year from the date of the last completed appointment. After one (1) year of inactivity, the deposit will be forfeited.
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened to fit the remaining scheduled time or may be required to reschedule at the artist’s discretion. In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited.
All artwork and designs created by the artist remain the intellectual property of the artist. Deposits cover the time spent designing and preparing the artwork and do not grant ownership or rights to reproduce the design unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate reference materials and clear direction prior to the appointment. Failure to do so may result in delays, rescheduling, or forfeiture of the deposit at the artist’s discretion.
The final cost of the tattoo may vary from any initial estimate based on size, placement, detail, and time required. Deposits are applied to the final cost but do not guarantee a fixed price unless explicitly stated in writing.
Clients must arrive in suitable condition for tattooing. If a client appears intoxicated, under the influence, or otherwise unable to safely receive a tattoo, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Clients are permitted to bring one (1) guest to their appointment. All guests must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the appointment being rescheduled or the deposit being forfeited.
Payment of a deposit constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all Serenity Tattoo Gallery LLC deposit policies.
Serenity Tattoo Gallery LLC and its artists reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion. In such cases, deposit refunds, if any, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
